Tender process
Our tendering process comprise of executing an RfI or a RfP depending on the market and supplier capabilities and the complexities in the product or service specifications. The tender is then published and third parties are invited to provide their proposals. After that, the different proposals are evaluated and a supplier shortlist will be created. Usually a negotiation phase with the shortlisted potential suppliers will follow. The best proposal will be awarded with a contract.
