Since the formation of the Company in 1996, Fresenius Medical Care's ordinary shares have been traded on both the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (Frankfurter Wertpapierbörse – FWB) and the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). On the NYSE, our ordinary shares are listed in the form of American Depositary Shares (ADS).

Basic share data

The share capital of Fresenius Medical Care AG amounts to EUR 293,413,449.00 and is divided into 293,413,449 no-par value bearer shares, issued and outstanding as of December 31, 2025. The calculated nominal value of each share amounts to EUR 1.00.

The bearer shares are permanently represented through a global share certificate, deposited with Clearstream Banking AG, Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
