Inbound delivery process to the Central Distribution Centers in EMEA
Do you want to deliver goods to our Central Distribution Centers in EMEA? In this case, please book time slots for delivery beforehand. Please read all information carefully and follow the booking instructions.

General opening hours for inbounds:
Monday to Friday 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. CET
Booking process for inbounds:
For all deliveries to the Central Distribution Center Biebesheim, time slot booking via the time slot management tool Cargoclix (already known to many freight forwarders) is mandatory.
The benefits are:
- High flexibility because all available time windows for the forwarding agents are visible
- Transparent process, since the bookings and the status of the vehicles can be viewed at any time
- Time savings in disposition, because the automated e-mails eliminate the need for telephone calls and e-mails between the shipping company and the warehouse
- Shorter throughput times for loading and unloading
The forwarders must register on the platform via the link www.cargoclix.com/grieshaber-FMC and need to create access for their dispatchers.
Cargoclix charges EUR 0.50 per final booking. Billing takes place monthly to the billing address provided during registration.

Unloading is not possible without confirmed time slot!
Important information for all deliveries:
- Goods with special storage regulations (e.g. fragile, dangerous goods, etc.) must be labeled accordingly
- In the case of first deliveries of dangerous goods, the safety data sheet must be enclosed with the goods
- In principle, no articles and batches may be mixed on one pallet
- Mixed pallets must be labeled
- Only new and clean Euro pallets according to IPPC standard ISPM15 are accepted
- Delivery notes with reference to our purchase orders are required
